Cancellation / Prepayment
Payment Required to secure a reservation must be received in full by Bank Transfer 14 days before the client's arrival. The Hotel may cancel and/or release any booking for which payment has not been received on time.
Any cancellation or amendment made from 14 days to 4 days before the arrival, 2 nights of the reserved villa contract rates will be charged. Any cancellation or amendment made within the 3 days prior to the arrival and no-show, 100% of the reserved villa charges for the whole period (total stay) will be charged including the transfer charges. During Festive season any cancellation or amendment made until 91 days before arrival is 100% refundable. 90 days up to arrival the booking is not refundable
